Cyprus issue, bilateral and regional issues in contacts S. Lavrov and Tz.Keri in Nicosia
With Hello Nicosia visits with a difference of one day, the Foreign Ministers of Russia and USA, major Sergei Lavrov and John Kerry respectively. In relation to the Cyprus issue in the discussions on the Cyprus Nicosia will mainly focus on security guarantees and concrete, since both countries are permanent members of the UN Security Council. The Russian minister will be in Nicosia on Wednesday and the American counterpart Thursday. Both will be received by President Anastasiades and have talks with Cypriot Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides. The US Secretary will meet with the Turkish Cypriot leader, Mustafa Akinci in the occupied part of Nicosia. Mr. Lavrov suggested to Mr. Akinci meeting lunch with President Anastasiades the "dead" zone, but the Turkish Cypriot leader gave a negative answer.
