The Islamic State released 270 400 civilians abducted by the Syrian city of Deir ez-Zor
The Islamic State Saturday released 270 of the 400 civilians who held prisoners, mostly women and children, who had been kidnapped after attacks by militants in areas held by government forces in the eastern Syrian city of Deir ez-Zor, said a watchtower Syria .
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the hardline organization had collected another 50 people yesterday after raids on private homes in areas acquired in the city during the fighting which lasted four days.
